Hi, I’m Jody Franco, founder of Joli Homes.

Construction has never been just about buildings to me. It’s about creating spaces that improve lives, protecting one of the biggest investments people will ever make, and bringing clarity to a process that often feels overwhelming.

My career has been built around leadership, business growth, and helping people succeed. Before founding Joli Homes, I spent years leading high-performing sales organizations, building teams, developing business strategies, and helping companies scale through strong systems, exceptional client service, and operational excellence. Those experiences taught me that successful projects are built on communication, organization, and trust long before construction ever begins.

That philosophy became the foundation of Joli Homes.

Today, I work with homeowners, investors, property owners, and businesses throughout Southern California as a construction consultant and project manager. My role is to advocate for my clients, coordinate the many moving pieces of a project, and ensure every decision supports their vision, budget, and long-term goals. Whether it’s assembling the right team of professionals, managing timelines, reviewing bids, or helping navigate complex projects, my priority is protecting my clients’ interests every step of the way.

In addition to construction consulting, I partner with contractors and construction companies to help them grow stronger businesses. Through strategic consulting, sales development, marketing guidance, CRM implementation, operational systems, and business development, I help construction professionals build companies that are as successful behind the scenes as they are in the field.
